1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LinkBhejo ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AutoDM provides automated messaging and comment response features for Instagram Professional accounts. These tools utilize official Meta Graph and Messenger APIs to automatically reply to comments and send Direct Messages based on keyword parameters configured by the user.

3. User Responsibilities & Rules

As a user of our Service, you agree to:

  • Use the Service in complete compliance with Meta's developer policies, Instagram Community Guidelines, and local spam laws.
  • Refrain from using the platform to transmit unsolicited, deceptive, or malicious messages.
  • Provide accurate credentials and represent your Business or Creator persona truthfully.
  • Maintain the security of your account logins and API authorization tokens.

4. Compliance with Meta Terms

Our Service connects to Meta APIs. By connecting your Instagram Professional account to AutoDM, you explicitly agree that you are bound by Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram's terms. We bear no liability for constraints, limitations, or actions placed on your Instagram profile by Meta due to policy violations.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that Meta API connectivity will always remain active or unchanged.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AutoDM, its developers, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or suspensions of linked Instagram accounts.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Service at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or Meta's Platform Policies.
