Welcome to LinkBhejo. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and application, including our integration with Meta and Instagram APIs.

2. Information We Collect

To provide our automated Direct Messaging and engagement services, we collect and process the following categories of information:

Account Information: When you register, we collect details such as your name, email address, and authentication credentials.
Connected Social Accounts: If you connect an Instagram Professional account via Instagram Business Login, we receive an authorized access token, along with basic profile data including your Instagram User ID, username, name, and profile picture URL.
Interactivity Data (Webhooks): We process incoming webhook comments left on your public posts (e.g. comment text, post identifier, comment ID, commenter's scoped identifier and username) solely to match your specified keywords and send automated replies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your data strictly to perform our core service functionalities, including:

Triggering automated private replies to users who leave comments matching your keywords.
Maintaining logs of automated messages, replies, and status reports to display in your user dashboard.
Improving our application security, performing debugging, and optimizing platform performance.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, rent, or lease your personal information or your connected account data to third parties. Data is only shared with platform providers (such as Meta/Instagram APIs) as necessary to transmit message triggers and comments, and with secure host infrastructures (like MongoDB) to securely persist your configuration records.

5. Data Retention and Deletion Requests

We retain your account and configuration details for as long as your account remains active on our platform.

How to request data deletion:

You can disconnect your social profiles at any time via the Instagram Integration tab in the dashboard, which immediately revokes Meta access tokens and deletes associated profile data. To permanently delete your entire AutoDM account and all cached message logs, please email your request to our support team at support@autodm.com. We will delete all personal data within 30 days of request receipt.

6. Security of Your Data

We prioritize data safety and implement technical, administrative, and physical controls—including HTTPS encryption and tokenized storage layers—to guard your access tokens and logs against unauthorized access or disclosure.
